NYE Wedding at the Record

Emma & Kyle! The biggest and best way to ring in 2023. I could not have been more honored to capture this New Years Eve Wedding at the Record in Arkansas! We started their wedding a little later in the evening. Emma got ready at an AirBNB near the Record. We got to play around with some direct flash for her detail shots, and her dress from Bride, Kansas City had all of us drooling! We headed over to the Record and did a sweet first look with her dad, and then did a first look with her groom, Kyle. Out of all of my grooms, he had one of the best reactions! I mean, he is so in love with his bride!!

Portraits of Emma & Kyle happened under the neon sign, around the venue, and in downtown Bentonville until the sun had completely set. We got so lucky that the weather was 50 degrees in December in Arkansas. We did the wedding party photos outside under the Record’s neon sign, and then moved inside to the disco ball filled reception area to take some photos of the bridesmaids and groomsmen.

Their ceremony was at 7pm, after dark. It was so cozy and intimate. Their white decor, florals, and backdrop completely changed the feel of the room and it could not have been more perfect. After the ceremony we did more bride and groom photos, this time all with direct flash. This wedding truly pushed my creative limits, and Emma & Kyle gave me complete freedom to create whatever I wanted! I get the best couples!!

We went back into their reception to eat dinner, cut cake, and dance the night away until midnight! Plenty of midnight kisses were had before we sent Emma & Kyle away with streamers and watched them drive away in their vintage car.

This was truly a New Years Eve Wedding at the Record in Arkansas I will never forget, and will probably post about forever.
