On my drive to Bentonville, Arkansas for Ashley & Wyatt’s engagement session it started to get cloudy. This was strange because the radar said 97 degrees and sunny?? We began our session in downtown Bentonville when the wind picked up, thunder and lightening began, and we felt the storm rolling in.
It was natural to be disappointed because no one wants to pay to get their hair and makeup done to look like a wet dog.
We all looked at each other and agreed to make the most of it. “Get in your car, change when we get to the next location, and let’s just go for it!”
When we got to the field, we ran out of the car and made the most of it! They had so much fun! And so did I! It was a blast for me to experiment and be as creative as I could be while we were in the downpour. We actually looked like we jumped in a pool when the session was over.
