Katie & Blake’s wedding was the definition of a spring wedding. Their day was after weeks of rain, and the sunshine came in warm and bright. The blue sky, blue dresses, and blue suits brought together with beer burros was the ultimate colorful spring wedding combination. Not to mention the perfect backdrops brought to you by the Stone Chapel at Matt Lane!

Katie’s style is completely timeless and that showed in her over arching theme of her wedding. The bridesmaids dresses from Revelry were PERFECTION! Each dress was unique to the individual bridesmaid. Katie’s long veil and perfect spaghetti strap dress had us all drooling!

The ceremony was so personal and sweet. The officiant had the bride and groom face their guests for a portion of the ceremony to really take it all in. This is now my petition that facing your guests should be a mandatory part of the ceremony! Thanks!

During bride and groom photos, we got to take one on one pictures with the beer burros that were delivering beer during cocktail hour to all the guests. They were so cute and such a fun touch to Katie & Blake’s wedding day!

Dinner at candlelight, emotional speeches, and sweet first dances wrapped up our time during the reception. We cut cake & danced the night away. I am so thankful for Katie & blake for trusting me with their day! Their colorful spring wedding is one I won’t forget!
